Where do you get the monk scapl desgin in pre searing? I know there is only 2 sets the one you start out with and the one where u get from the collectors. Where is the collector for the 2nd scapl desgin?

So far as I know you can't get a new head armor (for monk's that the tattoo's for warriors helmets and so on) for any of the professions in pre-sear.
